Refund Policy:

Below is the refund policy for all of the products sold on this website:

This policy applies to all products sold by Naturally Better:

  • Returns are accepted for defective products up to 30 days from the date of receipt.
    The product(s) will be replaced with a new one or another product(s) of the same value.
  • No empty bottles or jars will be accepted for refund or replacement.
  • No used jars or bottles will be accepted for refund or replacement unless defective.

No guarantee is made for any other reason for products that have been opened.
We cannot guarantee that a product will be effective for your particular needs, since individual responses will vary and you are responsible for the research needed to decide what you need.



Unopened bottles or jars with the seal unbroken will be accepted for refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt of product under the following conditions:

1.You must call or email us for a return authorization - no products accepted without this.
2. A 10 % restocking fee will be charged on unopened products returned to us.
3. Shipping costs will not be refunded since we shipped the product at your request.

Please allow 4 weeks (or 1 billing cycle) for your refund to show up on your credit card.

Any products returned to our shipping department will not be refunded as we have no way of knowing about them.
They must be returned to us at the address shown above and require return authorization.
