Menopause need not be the end of a happy and fulfilling life.

With proper care of your health at this time, you can have many years to do the things you
enjoy doing, possibly free from some of the responsibilities that you had during your earlier
adult life.

By staying active and doing things you enjoy, many women find that they are enjoying life to
the full at this time of life.

What can you do to ease the discomfort and some of the problems of menopause?

Your doctor may suggest that you supplement some hormones at this time. It is good to ask
questions and learn all you can before making decisions. Remember, it is your body and you
know it best and are the one who will live with any decisions you make at this time.

Many women today are taking the initiative to look into more natural alternatives to conventional
HRT. There is a lot of information available today that was not available to our mothers and
grandmothers. With the advent of the internet, a vast amount of information is available at a
click of the mouse.

We offer some excellent books by innovative and extremely knowledgeable doctors on our site.
You can also find books at your public library.

Dr. John R Lee, Dr. Jonathon Wright and others were far ahead of their time when they began
working with and helping women use natural bio-identical hormones. (Hormones from plant
sources that match the molecular structure of your own naturally produced hormones.)

Dr. Lee made a big contribution to women by sharing his knowledge with us in his "What Your
Doctor May Not Tell You" books. We offer his last book completed before his death on our site:
"What Your Doctor May Not Tell You about Breast Cancer" He reviews the information from his
previous books and includes good advice for preventing breast cancer as well.

We also offer and excellent book by Dr. Edward Conley, titled, "Safe Estrogen" You will find a
great deal of helpful information in this book. Dr. Conley is a very kind and generous man in
sharing his knowledge with us.
