Terms, Conditions and Privacy Policy

Order Fulfillment:
All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, except for back ordered items.  Back ordered items are rare, but if an item will be on back order for more that 5 days, we will ship the rest of your order and ship the back ordered item as soon as it is available. We will notify customers of all back orders.

All orders are shipped by Priority US mail. If the order does not arrive within 10 business days, please email or call our office to have us track it. Allow 7 days before calling, but do call once 10 days have passed so that we can track your order and, if needed send a replacement or find out where it is.

Shipping fees are as follows:

Flat rate shipping & Handling fee is $8.00 Normal shipping 3 to 5 days.

Express Shipping is $30.00 1-2 days.

We do ship International, but the rates vary by country, so please send an e-mail to debie@naturallybetter.com or call us at 888-660-8831 and we can determine shipping cost.

Payment Methods:
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

We do not store credit card information in our system.

Privacy Policy:
We do not and will not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. You have the right to control your personal information as you see fit.

Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling personally identifiable information to unaffiliated third parties for their commercial use.

We do not normally send unsolicited emails to our customers, however, if you sign up for our newsletter, we will send our monthly specials to you, you can unsubscribe at any time.  Please allow up to 10 days for your email to be removed.
