Order Fulfillment:
All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, except for back ordered items.  Back ordered items are rare, but if an item will be on back order for more that 5 days, we will ship the rest of your order and ship the back ordered item as soon as it is available. We will notify customers of all back orders.


All orders are shipped by Priority US mail. If the order does not arrive within 10 business days, please email or call our office to have us track it. Allow 7 days before calling, but do call once 10 days have passed so that we can track your order and, if needed send a replacement or find out where it is.


Shipping fees are as follows:


Flat rate shipping & Handling fee is $8.00 Normal shipping 3 to 5 days.

Express Shipping is $30.00 1-2 days.

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

We do not store credit card information in our system.

Privacy Policy:
We do not and will not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. You have the right to control your personal information as you see fit.
Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling personally identifiable information to unaffiliated third parties for their commercial use.
We do not normally send unsolicited emails to our customers, but, if you do not want to receive future promotional information from us, you may let us know by going to info@naturalradiance.org and entering your email address along with the message "please remove me from your email list" Please allow up to 10 days for your email to be removed.

Return Policy:

Return of unused products:   Products that have not had the shrink wrap broken or removed will be accepted for refund within 2 months of shipment date.  Product must be in a re-sellable condition.  Naturally Better has the final determination of product condition.

Returns must be pre-authorized by Naturally Better and the authorization number and credit card number of the credit card used for the original sale must be included with the return.  The cost of the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and must be per-paid.  There is no credit issued for shipping charges.  A restocking charge of 10% applies to all unused, re-sellable products.  No refunds will be issued without prior approval from Naturally Better.

Return of damaged products:  All claims for damaged products due to shipping must be reported to the shipping company. (Federal Express, UPS or the US post office)  Naturally Better will make every effort to correct the issue to the satisfaction of the customer.  Return of the damaged product and shipping container may be required.

Natural Radiance Products:
We guarantee all products to be without defect and in sealed containers. If any product or the pump mechanism is defective, or the product is damaged in shipment, please call our office at 888-660-8831 to request a return authorization. When we receive the product, we will ship you a new fresh product immediately. 

Q. Do you guarantee that the products will work for me, and can I return them if I'm not satisfied with the results?

A. We cannot make any guarantees about how the products will work for any individual. The goal is to attain hormone balance and the time needed to accomplish that is dependent on many factors, including age, health, diet, nutritional deficiencies, whether your glands are functioning properly and how long your hormones have been out of balance. You may need to adjust your dose back and forth to find what works best for you. Remember, if you have decided to take responsibility for your own hormonal health, you need to have as much knowledge as possible, so be sure you read at least one or several of the books offered on our site.


Please give the products at least 1 or 2 months to re-establish hormone balance. Due to the importance of progesterone in hormone balancing, we would rather you did not order estrogen creme if you are not going to also use progesterone creme. If you already have a progesterone cream, please continue to use it until it is gone, but do consider ordering our progesterone when you run out. You will be very happy with its effectiveness!

PLEASE CONSULT YOUR NUTRITIONALLY AWARE HEALTH PRACTITIONER BEFORE PURCHASING IF YOU ARE UNSURE AS TO WHETHER ANY PRODUCT IS RIGHT FOR YOU. WE ARE NOT DOCTORS AND CANNOT ADVISE. WE CANNOT ACCEPT USED PRODUCTS FOR REFUND IF YOUR DOCTOR LATER TELLS YOU HE DOES NOT WANT YOU TO USE THEM.

However, since the products are natural supplements and we cannot make any claims about how they might affect or improve your health, we cannot guarantee them for any specific health benefit.
