Tribulus Terrestris is actually an all-natural, plant-based supplement packed full of a wide variety of plant compounds that can impact athletic performance, libido, and overall health.  It has been used in alternative and ancient medicine for many years.

Apply about 1/2 teaspoon daily for 21 days. Stop for 7 days,  Start again for 21 days. Stop for 7 days; this is referred to as "cycling".  Apply to skin with the least amount of hair. Choose skin areas that are relatively thin and well supplied with capillary blood flow, such as upper chest, neck, inner arms and inner thigh areas. 

Other uses:  May use up to 1 teaspoon of lotion 1/2 to 1 hour prior to exercise or sexual activity.  Both types of applications may be applied on the same day.
