Orders and Support
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
How will I know you received my order and how can I track it?
You will receive a notice that your order was received and also a notice when it is shipped. If you enter an email address with your order, you will be able to track your order from the information on the email.
Back orders are rare, but in the event of a back order, we will ship the rest of the order and notify you of an approximate date for the back-ordered items to be shipped.
How do I contact Customer Service?
We are a small, family-owned and operated business and your satisfaction is most important to us. You can place your order on-line or, if you prefer more personalized service, please feel free to contact us at 888-660-8831. All orders are shipped within 24 hours, except the weekends, and orders placed on the weekend or holidays will be shipped on the day we return to the office. We ship orders USP Priority Mail directly from our warehouse in Colorado. We do ship International, however, postage is different for each country, so if you would like to place an International order, please contact us. You may email us anytime at debie@naturallybetter.com. If you have an issue that needs immediate attention, call us at 888-660-8831. No one at Naturally Better is a health professional or qualified to discuss any disease, condition or health problem or give any advice about how to treat or cure these conditions. Due to legal restrictions, we cannot tell you what to use or do for any health issue. Shipping & Returns
What is your Customer Satisfaction and Refund Policy?
Your satisfaction is how we earn your trust. If for any reason you are not happy with a product that you order from us, just give us a call at 1-888-660-8831; we will work with you to either replace the product or refund your money. We prefer that you contact us within 90 days of the date of purchase, so that we can assist you with your return.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We are a family-owned and operated business, and we package every product that you receive. It is packed in a bubble wrap envelope and then in the mailing envelope, so we have very few issues with damaged items. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, don’t hesitate to contact us at 1-888-660-8831 for assistance.
Privacy and Security Policy
Your privacy is important to us! We are a small, family-owned and operated business and the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will NOT sell or rent this information to anyone. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, i.e. to ship an order. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about our specials, new products or changes to this privacy policy; you may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. To buy from us, you must provide basic contact information such as billing/shipping address and credit card information; this information is solely used to process your order. You may log into your account at any time to view and/or change the data that you’ve provided us with, such as changing your address. We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Whenever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for the lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page. The computer/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. We do not store your credit card information, so it is required each time you make a transaction.
