Why a cream?
Adequate absorption, of this OTC cream, is accomplished through topical application in the form of a cream with a penetrating oil component.  We use Micronized USP Progesterone.

Symptoms of Hormone Imbalance may include:

• Night sweats
• Hot flashes
• Low libido
• Weight gain
• Fatigue

4 Pumps equals about 1/4 teaspoon which equates to 20 mg of micronized natural progesterone USP.

For best results apply to skin with the least amount of hair. Choose skin areas that are relatively thin & well supplied with capillary blood flow, such as upper chest, neck, inner arms & inner thigh areas. Rotate application areas daily.

Pre-MENOPAUSE: Apply about 1/4 teaspoon (1.2 ml) cream for 14 days beginning on the 12th day after the period starts. Repeat monthly.

Post-MENOPAUSE: Apply about 1/4 teaspoon (1.2 ml) daily for 21 consecutive days in the month. Repeat monthly.

MEN: Apply about 1/8 teaspoon (0.6 ml) daily with a 4 to 5 day break each month.

Caution: Consult a healthcare professional prior to use if you have a history of prostate, breast cancer or any other hormone dependent cancer. Not recommended during pregnancy or lactation.
