The ingredients in the gel deliver an easy and direct way to help alleviate joint pain and discomfort. 

• MSM (Dimethyl Sulfone) can relieve inflammation in muscles and joints. 
• Bromelain is a natural anti-inflammatory derived from pineapple and is the number one herb used by herbalists for the treatment of inflammation.
• Glucosamine & Chondroitin are the popular duo that work together to help alleviate joint pain and reduce inflammation. 

Common Usage: Topical treatment providing ongoing relief from chronic joint pain, backaches, inflammatory rheumatic afflictions of the joints. May be used for acute muscle and joint issues when allergic to Ibuprofen and other pain relievers. 

Suggested Application: Unless otherwise prescribed by a healthcare professional, gently rub a thin coat of gel (approximately 1 teaspoon) into the affected area. Repeat up to four times daily with 3 to 4 hours between applications. If symptoms persist, consult a healthcare professional. 1 teaspoon (5 ml) equals 264 mg MSM, 26.5 mg Bromelain 1200 gdu, 26.5 mg Glucosamine and 13 mg Chondroitin.

Caution: Avoid eyes, lips, inflamed or broken skin, open wounds & mucus membranes. Consult your healthcare professional if taking medication, aspirin or any other pain relievers. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Not recommended during pregnancy or lactation. In the case of rash, discontinue use.
