By staying active and doing things you enjoy, many women find that they are enjoying life to the full at this time of life.

What can you do to ease the discomfort and some of the problems of menopause?

Your doctor may suggest that you supplement some hormones at this time. It is good to ask questions and learn all you can before making decisions. Remember, it is your body and you know it best and are the one who will live with any decisions you make at this time.
